Privacy Policy
Set Archive is in development and is not a live app yet. This policy covers our website and early-access waitlist only. We'll update it before the Set Archive apps launch.
Who we are
Set Archive ("we," "us") is building a nail history workspace for nail professionals and a nail diary for their clients. You can reach us at hello@mysetarchive.com.
What we collect
When you join the early-access waitlist, we collect:
- Your name and email address
- Whether you're a nail professional or a nail client
- Your salon or business name, if you're a professional and choose to share it
- Whether you opted in to product updates and announcements
- The date you signed up
We don't collect nail-client records, photos or payment information through this website.
Security and spam protection
To keep bots and spam out of the waitlist, we use Cloudflare Turnstile and limit how often a form can be submitted. These tools process technical information such as your IP address and browser details to confirm you're a real person. We don't store your IP address with your waitlist signup.
Website analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see general visitor counts and which pages are viewed. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't track you across other websites.
How we use your information
- To keep track of who's on the waitlist
- To contact you about early access, testing and the launch of Set Archive
- To send product updates and announcements, only if you opted in. Every update email will include a way to unsubscribe.
What we don't do
We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't share it with advertisers.
Where your information is stored
Our website and waitlist are hosted on Cloudflare, which stores and processes the data on our behalf. Only the Set Archive team can see the waitlist.
How long we keep it
We keep your waitlist information until Set Archive launches and early access ends, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop sending you emails. Just email hello@mysetarchive.com from the address you signed up with.
Children
The waitlist is meant for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you think a child has signed up, contact us and we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top. If you're on the waitlist and the changes are significant, we'll let you know by email.
